Visage PACS Web Client
Visage PACS Web clients provide access to the Visage PACS system using the HTTP Internet protocol. Doctors use the Internet Explorer® and an integrated set of tools for efficient workflow oriented viewing and reporting of medical images. The web-based architecture ensures that all images are available throughout the healthcare enterprise.
Web Client Types
Several client types offer functionality levels for different user groups or roles:
- Visage PACS View is an affordable alternative for physicians who need only basic image viewing functionality.
- Visage PACS Classic provides tools for efficient viewing of all important modalities. Besides the window leveling feature and a choice of layouts, the physician can use cine modes. Study and series comparisons allow the user to load more than one series into the viewers.
- Visage PACS Expert offers all the features of Visage PACS Classic, plus advanced functions for measurements, simple multi-planar reformatting (MIP/ MPR), scout lines, cardio ECG display, and support of dual monitors.
- Visage PACS Expert Reading provides a feature set comparable to the Expert client plus powerful display protocols and management of study interpretation status to fully support optimal workflow in the radiology department.
